Fun Level 1 - "Having fun..."
The game of baseball/softball must be introduced as fun and
entertaining. The enjoyment of baseball must be the foundation
for future development. As a result, there will be drills and
exercises that promote entertainment.
Foundation Level 2 – “How to…”
The foundation for proper baseball or softball mechanics must
be laid with patience and care. As a result, the club members
will be required to attend Core Physical Training sessions that
involve proper throwing, hitting, fielding and base-running. The
“How-to…” will be stressed at this level.
In addition, the members at this level will be introduced to the
Core Mental Training that involves baseball rules, etiquette and
ethics. The introduction to the Core Mental and Physical set will
prepare our club members for proper on the field play.
Intermediate Level 3 – “When to…”
The Intermediate Level is based upon the foundation laid in the
"Foundation" Level. This level will equip each member with the
tools and drills to know “when-to…” to apply the “the how-to…”
In addition, each member will be introduced to situational drills,
instruction, and direction. The Core Mental and Physical set will
be applied in a practice, simulated environment. This will
provide an opportunity for each student to learn the ins and outs.

Advanced Level 4 – “Practice Makes Permanent”
The Advanced Level is based on the “How to…” and
the “When to…” building blocks. This level involves
repetition to hard code each principle in mental and
muscle memory. There will be direction, instruction
and a large amount of repetition to produce good
baseball habits.
College and/or Professional Prep - Level 5
The Prep level is dependent on the success achieved in
the previous levels and is highly dependent on the
principles learned in the Foundational levels. This level
will primarily be for the ball players who aspire to reach
the college and/or professional levels.
